Mercy Sports Report - November 7th

Soccer Information
The 1st and 2nd grade boys participated in the Grothaus Tournament this weekend. Facing club-level teams, the boys reached the semi-finals before falling 1-0. They gave up only three goals in the tournament and even tied the eventual winner 0-0 in an early match in the tournament.

Their effort and sportsmanship made us all proud to be a part of the Mercy community. The opponents’ coaches commented on their very strong play, consistent hustle, and fair play. Peter and Tim would like to thank the parents for their support this fall. The boys were a joy to coach!

Congratulations to the Boys on Sean Smith & Brian Gibson’s Soccer Team. The boys won 2nd Place in the Grothaus Tournament this past weekend. Way to go boys!
